This service is available to use at your discretion based on the Legal Notices below. Due to privacy and security concerns, we recommend that you also consider the following:
- Check your Junk/Trash folder when looking for the confirmation emails. Register this domain (kfrnet.com) as a known/safe sender within your email service
- Do not disclose private information online
- Consider using an alternate email address when registering. Do not use your work email address, or any information that you wish to be identified with
- Do not say or advocate anything that you would not be willing to defend legally

KFRNET strives for maximum availability of all services, however it is sometimes necessary to disable a service temporarily to perform upgrades or other maintenance. Such maintenance is rare and would normally be scheduled during off-peak hours, such has late night or weekends. KFRNET is committed to providing the best service available and invests in contingency resources but does not guarantee up-time and may be subject to natural disasters or other forces beyond our control.
It is the responsibility of KFRNET's subscribers to comply with our acceptable use guidelines, which KFRNET may change from time to time. KFRNET reserves the right to discontinue service without cause. Examples to terminate are included but not limited to the list below.

Unauthorized Solicitation: KFRNET`s services may not be used to send bulk unsolicited messages (SPAM). Failing to remove recipients who wish to opt-out. Broadcasting to recipients who have opted-out. Publishing or endorsing defamatory, obscene, pornographic, indecent, slanderous or inappropriate materials. Publishing or endorsing copyright infringed material Making someone's private information available (e.g. Credit card numbers) Using services for illegal activity
Fraud: KFRNET`s services may not be used for fraudulent activity; including but not limited to: impersonating an identity, or advertising false information Information
Privacy: Information acquired from KFRNET or its systems may not be sold, resold or distributed. Personal records regarding KFRNET, its business partners, or its subscribers must be kept private.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
Subscribers to KFRNET agree to hold harmless and indemnify KFRNET against any loss, damage or liability. A subscription with KFRNET, its validity and effect shall be interpreted under, and governed by, the laws of the State of Tennessee and shall be considered to have been made and accepted in Tennessee. Any suits that may be brought in regard to this contract, or any aspect of the relationship between the parties, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the United States District Court for Nashville Tennessee.
A material part of this subscription is our mutual agreement to arbitrate any disputes, except for copyright violations, which will be litigated solely in U.S. federal court. Any and all disputes arising out of, under or in connection with the subscription, including without limitation its validity, interpretation, performance and breach, shall be settled by arbitration in Nashville Tennessee, pursuant to the rules of the American Arbitration Association in effect at the time arbitration is demanded. Judgment upon any award rendered may be entered in the highest court of the forum, state or federal, having jurisdiction. This subscription, its validity and effect shall be interpreted under, and governed by, the laws of the State of Tennessee, and you agree that the arbitrators shall award all costs of arbitration including legal fees, plus legal interest, to the successful party.
